The Circle of Life

The "Circle of Life" isn't just a song.

What do you think your circle of life would look like. This is a valuable tool to help you see where your life may be lacking some attention. On a scale of 1-10 go through each slice and rate how content and satisfied you are with that division of your life. 1 being totally discontent and in the center of the circle, 10 being completely happy and at the outer edge of the circle.

Your health is directly related to how happy and well balanced your life is. Don't settle for less. There is something you can do to improve your satisfaction in each of these slices of the "Circle of Life". Be creative and think of at least one thing you can do to improve your satisfaction in the worst slice of your life. Give it 2 weeks and then re-evaluate your happiness, contentment and satisfaction. I'd be willing to bet it will become at least a little higher on the scale.

pH is a MAJOR Indicator of Your Health

Alkaline Urine pH/Alkaline Saliva pH

With the urine pH and saliva pH both over 6.5 this would mean that your pH is anionic. Anionic is a term Dr. Reams used to differentiate the amount of energy an atom contains. It is also used to depict the direction of spin of the electron, and to some degree would indicate that the movement is faster than if it were cationic.

The Following paragraphs are cited from "Biological Ionization as it Applies to Human Nutrition" by Dr. Beddoe
An arrangement of pH where both urine and saliva are above 6.5 will mean that the person is in a biochemical pattern for constipation. The system is overloaded with toxins from the usual metabolic wastes of cell function and also from the bowel reabsorbing putrefactive chemicals due to the fecal matter remaining in the system too long.

The presence of parasites is very likely in this range, since free room and board is being provided. This pH configuration will aggravate deterioration of disks, especially those in the back.  Deterioration of cartilage tissue is also aggravated.  Upper respiratory and sinus congestion will be aggravated, as will lymph congestion.   This type of person may be prone to lung infections.  In the years when tuberculosis was  a problem, this type of chemistry would have made this person very likely to come down with the disease.  Body odors, from breath to feet to bowel gas, will be symptoms related to this pattern.

Anatomically, this type of person would have an abdomen that would become more distended with age (other reasons also play into this).  In later life, there is a tendency to be overweight.  There is often a problem with skin pigmentation, because this pattern usually means that vitamin D is ratioed in the direction of excess.  An anionic pH will increase the production of melanin, or skin pigment, causing more energy to be absorbed from the sun, resulting in greater vitamin D production.  Blood pressure can be affected. Various types of skin tumors and lesions, boils and cysts may develop.  Tooth decay can be excessive, especially when the overall diet has been poor.  Women may complain of cracking, splitting, and ridged fingernails.  Women’s menstrual cycles can become very uncomfortable, with excessive hemorrhage and/or cramping, because of the body trying to use the uterus as a point of dumping toxins from other areas of the body.  PMS is a potential in this configuration.

The right side of the body will be the weak side, which means that this person will have a strong tendency for developing curvature of the spine to the left, as the body pulls toward the strong side.  Of course, this depends on how long this pattern has been in existence.  You may not realize it, but a person with this anionic pH pattern will have a tendency to cross the left leg over the right when sitting or favor standing on the left leg (strong side) while standing for long periods of time.  From a chiropractic standpoint, the left leg will tend to be shorter than the right, unless the person prefers sleeping on the strong side (left).  In that situation the spine will have an “S” curve configuration, meaning that the right hip will be higher than the usual strong side.  Vitamin C is very lacking in the system; and, in this situation, high levels of vitamin C can be used to provide extra cations in the diet to help lower the pH.  Mega doses of vitamin C may be used in this pattern, depending on how strongly anionic the pH, but, remember, when the body is forced to change pH ranges without the understanding of how mineral energy, especially calciums, fit into the picture, the body will not respond consistently.  The excess vitamin C may result in aggravating excessive gas and/or diarrhea. pH of Your Urine and Saliva is an Important Health Indicator

Are you concerned about the pH balance of your body? Are you a bit confused about who to listen to? Most pH professionals tell you that your pH should run above 6.8, at a very slightly acid state actually if you consider 7.0 to be where acid and alkaline are split.  In RBTI we don't use acid and alkaline, we consider anionic and cationic more appropriate terms. In RBTI the split between anionic and cationic is at 6.4 pH. When your body pH is at 6.4 using the urine and saliva to test this, then your digestion is getting the ultimate amount of energy out of the food you are eating. You are then able to get the maximum amount of minerals necessary for maintaining a healthy mind and body out of the food you eat, so you can then decrease the amount of supplements you must take.

Is RBTI for Health Coaches?

If you are a Health Coach

who truly cares about the complete and total health and welfare of your clients then you will not want to miss out on the benefits of using RBTI in your Health Coaching Practice.

What Is RBTI?
Reams' Biological Theory of Ionization

RBTI is a means to measure progress and determine the direction you and your clients need to go in order to achieve maximum wellness without having to guess. Through a simple self-administered test, a client gets personally involved in the "knowing" and they will learn how to take control of their life from a new perspective as you guide them in making proper decisions. The equation that results from an RBTI test allows you to keep track of positive and negative progress while allowing you to key in on special needs a client may have. There are many different theories of what is the "proper" diet which is very confusing to say the least. Trying to find the "proper" diet for you or your client requires a good deal of guesswork. The RBTI test allows you to remove all of the guesswork and start from a very solid foundation to build a personalized dietary and lifestyle platform that is different for every bio-individual human being on this planet.

  • How much available energy the body has
  • Whether too much or too little carbohydrates are being consumed
  • Calcium deficiencies
  • Too much or not enough conductivity from "salts" in the system
  •  How much toxic protein waste is hanging out in the body
  • Adequate or inadequate levels of Vit C, Vit D, Potassium, Iodine, Iron, and literally all the minerals
  • Water intake-is it adequate or are you drowning
Plus a whole lot more...

Does RBTI sound interesting? Leave a comment and let me know.

High or Low sugar, You NEED to know.

Utilizing a freshly voided urine sample we measure the brix to find out the level of carbohydrates that are being thrown off in your urine.  This tells you a few things about how your body is utilizing sugar.

First, if the number is very low (from 0 - 1.2) you would expect to be experiencing hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) symptoms, as your pancreas is "dumping" too much insulin.

Second, if the number is very high (above 5.5) you may be experiencing diabetic-like (high blood sugar) symptoms, and your pancreas is not able to create enough insulin.

Third, if the reading is between 2 and 5.49 (known as the "Zone of Misery), your blood sugar level could drop at any time into the hypoglycemic range.

Finally, if your urine carbohydrates are reading between 1.2 and 2.0 brix then you are doing good. This is where your sugars reading needs to remain throughout the entire healing process.  Once your body's mineral balance is stabilized and the rest of the numbers remain in the best range long enough, the sugars reading should stabilize at 1.5 brix regardless of what you eat (assuming good eating habits for the most part-common sense again).

In order to help bring your sugars into the best range, look at your diet.

If you have a low reading, you will need to eat a variety of fruit between meals to keep your sugars from plummeting. In some extreme cases a person with extreme low urine brix reading should avoid water and drink only fruit juice until the urine brix reading normalizes above 1.5 Brix. Perhaps even before bed you will need a snack. In some instances, low sugar drops lower at night and may cause insomnia. Eating a piece of fruit or 1/2 cup of yogurt before going to bed could possibly be the best remedy for low sugar insomnia.

If you have a high reading it's time for a change in diet. The best thing you could do for yourself is to do whatever it takes to get your sugar down in a healthy manner.  Eat a wide variety of fruit throughout the month, just don't overdo it and don't eat any fruit or carbohydrates after 2:00 PM.  For some of you with extremely high sugar, you will need to temporarily avoid all fruits and sweets of every conceivable kind for a few weeks allowing your body to normalize its sugars. In every case, more vegetables need to be added to the diet.  With a weak digestion you will cook or steam more of your vegetables. With a strong digestion you are free to have more of the vegetables raw. A couple of salads a day with 3-4 different greens, some grated carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, etc., topped with a bit of your favorite dressing to which a teaspoon of good quality olive oil has been added is just delightfully pleasing to the lowering of most high brix readings.

Comfrey has a special property that works the best for normalizing insulin production. To use comfrey pour your favorite juice-about 2 oz.- into a blender and start blending in fresh comfrey leaves.  Keep adding the leaves while blending until the juice appears to be "full".  Continue blending for 3 minutes or so.  Strain the blended liquid to remove the pulp and slip slowly-take 30 minutes to drink this. Alternatively you may use comfrey tea.

Over the course of a couple weeks your energy level may surprise you as your brix reading comes down.
