Lemons, Lemons, Everywhere!

Lemons, Lemons, Everywhere in RBTI, All I see is lemons.
Why does RBTI require the use of lemons?

Well, let's take a look at the lemon from Dr. Reams' POV.

1.  The lemon is anionic. Anionic substances are substances which release the energy from a reaction or stimulate the body to accept energy.  It establishes a "resistance" media when in contact or reaction with other food.  This resistance between nuclear atmospheres results in energy that the body can modify to a frequency the organ systems can readily use.  To put it simply, the lemon, in conjunction with calciums, helps extract energy from the living aspects of our food.

2.  Lemon stimulates the liver to flush itself of toxins and stimulates the biliary action of the liver, resulting in a bile that is then more capable of breaking down the food in preparation for absorption.

3.  Calcium is a very important mineral in our bodies and lemon "fixes" calcium.

4.  Lemon assists in blood purification, which further neutralizes
toxins, helps tie up acetones, and assists in oxygenation of the blood.

5.  Lemon contains glucose and potassium salts, which helps to tonify and stabilize the heart muscle. It also assists in fluidifying the blood which takes strain off the heart.

6.  Citric acid turns to citric salts in the stomach and clears the mucous and encrustations off an ulcerated area in the stomach and duodenum, which then allows the healing process to begin.

7.  Some evidence suggests that lemon juice over time may help pull cholesterol & triglycerides out of the blood.

8.  Lemon seems to dissolve or pull crystalline deposits out of joints and muscles-helping arthritic conditions.

9.  Uric acid & urates, which accumulate in the joints and muscles, may be helped by the "fixative" character of the anionic lemon.

10.  Intestinal parasites are disrupted by the presence of lemon and lemon peel. Protozoans, parasite eggs and segments and even some bacterial forms are rendered inactive.

11.  Lemon helps dissolve both cholesterol and calcium deposits in the gallbladder, as well as assisting in the removal of calcium deposits in the kidneys.

12.  Lemon and honey have long been used as a gargle for sore throats and oral infections.

13.  Olive oil and lemon on salads help soothe the gallbladder.  Olive oil also ties up unwanted alkaloids and will eventually dissolve cholesterol gallstones.

14. On the outside, lemon juice is excellent for acne as a facewash, cuts and scrapes as an antibacterial wash, hair to cut the soap and film scum left behind by other cleaners, feet to deodorize and toughen sensitive skin.

This is why the lemon is the all-star player of the RBTI followed by calcium in close second.

Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit

I have been using the suggestions from this book to help my husband.  He has tremendous pain in his shoulder blade due to an injury from many years ago. By using the Geranium and Sandalwood essential oils at a rate of 2 drops of each oil in 20 ml of carrier oil he has now been able to bypass his pain pills for the 3 days we have been using these oils.  I applied the oil to his back and gave a massage to loosen up the muscles, increase circulation in the area of concern, and help the essential oils to penetrate as deeply as possible.  As an added benefit, his mind was able to calm down all the chatter and his sleep has been deeper and calmer.

The reason these oils have been able to accomplish this is their anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic, and calmative properties.  Essential oils have been used for centuries for their healing capabilities. Why must we always turn to drugs when we get scared by physical or mental conditions that come upon us?  Why don't we first turn to diet and natural alternatives?

Other Essential Oils for Inflammation, Pain, and Mental Calming:
No. of drops per 20ml/1 tbsp of carrier

  • Driven to Nervous Exhaustion geranium (2), sandalwood (2), jasmine (1)
  • Depressive Self-Neglect vetiver (3), cardamom (1), rose (1)
  • Frustrated, Tense, & Negative bergamont (3), orange (2), neroli (1)
  • As a Study Aid rosemary (4), laurel (1), peppermint (1)
  • Restless and Distracted frankincense (3), geranium (2)
  • Obsessive Overthinking sandalwood (4), vetiver (2)
There are many more blends included in the book plus more information on why they work, when you should choose which blend or oil, and how each oil accommodates Oriental Medicine, Chi, and the 5 elements.

The best places to order essential oils for less are Liberty Naturals which can be confusing unless you know exactly which oil you want and from where in the world you want it from.  The other supplier for wholesale prices is New Directions Aromatics which is a bit easier to use and navigate through, but their prices are a bit higher.

Go out and have fun with your essential oils.  You can't go wrong!
