Shh!!! I am hunting secrets.

Secrets are everywhere.  How is a secret a secret if its everywhere?  It seems to me that a secret isn't a secret anymore if everyone has access to learning it.  Well, to answer my own question I have decided that the secret is the answer to a confusing situation.  Such as the best way to lose weight, I'm sure no one has ever heard only one way that is touted as the best way to lose weight.  What about defying the process of aging?  Anybody only heard of one opinion about that?  I've heard dozens or more for every subject I look into.  Wow! What confusion.  Now I know why the secret is whatever unravels all the secrets.  Do you want to know what my biggest secret is?  Shh!!! don't tell anyone and I'll tell you.  My biggest secret is using good old fashioned common sense.  Want to lose weight?  Drink plenty of water, eat less, walk more, and see beauty when looking in the mirror.  Want to defy aging?  Drink plenty of water, eat less, walk more, and see beauty when looking in the mirror.  Pretty simple, huh? That's what a secret is; something that is known everywhere, but is so simple it's totally ignored.

Biggest Secret of the Day:  Visit this website SavingDinner.com and find a great recipe program for yourself and your family.  What Leanne is accomplishing with Saving Dinner is exactly what she says, Saving Dinner.  Dinner with the family is the most important meal of the day.  Dinner can be a real problem with the busy lifestyles we all lead.  Leanne has put together menus and meal plans (with a shopping list) to take care of all the problems of cooking for dinner.  Children that eat dinner at home are more balanced in life; physically, emotionally, mentally, and believe it or not, spiritually.  Here's another secret about eating dinner at home; even if you have nobody to call your own, eating dinner at home (home-cooked that is) keeps you more balanced overall as well.

If you are wondering what to do for Christmas, don't, Leanne has that covered too. Click here to find out more info or to order a cookbook especially created for your best Christmas ever.
